In addition to the mission statement the council has set forth the following code of conduct for all council members, volunteers and coordinators to adhere to as part of the Foursquare Northwest Men's Retreat:

We need to act in a way that demonstrates and is consistent with the faith we proclaim as followers of Jesus Christ.

2) Service: Ephesians 6:7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord not men.

3) Attitude: Colossians 3:12-17 Therefore as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 

4) Team Spirit: Luke 17:10 So you also, when you have done everything you were asked to do, should say, "We are unworthy servants, we have only done our duty".
